Holding Fee of $100 per unit is due with application(s). Holding Fee is refundable if application is not approved, and credited towards your security deposit if Application is approved. ! Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent due upon Application Approval. Base rent and other monthly charges are due and payable on the first day of each month in advance.
